Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Note: High order volumes or courier delays may affect shipping timelines.

In-Store Pickup

- Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days, and we will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- In-store pickup hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your items.
